Prateek Srivastava is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of work experience in Logistics, Power & utilities, manufacturing, and IT. He is a graduate of the full-time MBA program of IIM Ahmedabad and an electronics engineer from NIT Allahabad. Prateek is a changemaker who believes in leading by example. He started his career in 2008 as a software engineer at Sasken Communications in the embedded systems domain. Currently, he is with Lets Transport - a startup in the B2B logistics space as a Product Manager. Prateek has rich expertise in Product Management, Operations Management, Data Science, Project Management, Planning, Strategy, Execution, Cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. He has worked on various roles in logistics management, handling 3PL partners, vendor management, and stakeholder management. Prateek has been an active member of Toastmasters International (TMI), a not-for-profit for public speaking, and has donned the roles of VP – Membership and VP – Education – roles critical for the growth of his home club. On the personal front, Prateek is a passionate long-distance runner and cyclist. The cause of education for the underprivileged is very close to him, and he uses every opportunity to volunteer and fundraise for the same. Prateek's career highlights include Product Management, Logistics Management, People Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Vendor Management, and Strategy to Execution. Prateek has worked with Adani Group as a Senior Manager, where he was selected as a senior hire for the Advanced Adani Leadership Program (AALP). He has also conceptualized & designed a digital transformation project on a “no-code” third-party platform, resulting in superior workflow management. Prateek has successfully negotiated contracts with vendors, resulting in cost reduction of 5% during procurement of raw material and services. He has also worked as a Member of the Alumni Committee at IIM Ahmedabad (PGPX).
